Pronunciation and sound effects use audio output, not the microphone. The Home Screen widget reads only the on-device learning summary.

Frequently asked questions

Wordbooks, progress, data, and support.

Where is learning data stored?

Wordbook content, reminders, pronunciation, and widget data stay on the device. After sign-in, synced learning records, coins, furniture, and social data are also stored on the account server.

Can I switch wordbooks?

Yes. Each wordbook saves its own learning record, so switching does not overwrite another wordbook’s progress.

How do I clear local data?

Open Settings in the app, go to About & Legal, and choose Clear Local Data. Progress, coins, and café décor cannot be restored after deletion.

How do I contact support?

Email support@mocavoca.com. Include the app version, device model, system version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
