Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17.0 or later.
Is a subscription required?
The app is free to download. Full wordbooks and learning features require an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The purchase screen shows the price and any eligible trial. Cancel in your Apple account subscription settings.
What works offline?
Wordbooks and learning records already on the device support local study. Audio availability depends on your version and whether audio is ready on the device. Purchases, purchase restoration, and account services require a connection.
Does switching wordbooks reset progress?
No. Each wordbook saves its own progress.
How do I clear local data?
In Settings → Privacy and data, choose Clear Local Data. Local progress, coins, and café décor cannot be recovered after deletion. Account data must be deleted separately.
How do I contact support?
Email support@mocavoca.com. Include the app version, device model, system version, and steps to reproduce the issue.
