Learning progress
Unsynced learning data stays on the device. After sign-in, synced learning records are also stored on the account server.
Notifications
Friend notifications require sign-in and system notification permission; Daily Reminder must also be enabled in the app. If no notification appears, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Mocavoca.
Pronunciation and sound
Check device volume, silent mode, and the sound setting in the app. The app does not use the microphone.
Home Screen widget
The widget reads the on-device learning summary shared by the app. After opening the app once, add the widget again or refresh it.
Include with your report
- App version and build number;
- Device model and system version;
- Steps taken before the issue occurred;
- Expected and actual result;
- Optional screenshot or screen recording with personal information removed.
