Cat café, study coins, and resident cats

In Mocavoca, the cat café is a visual reflection of your vocabulary progress—not a storefront for in-app currency. There are zero cash coin packs to buy and zero third-party ads. Every table, bookshelf, warm lamp, and bowl of cat food in the room is earned through words you actually studied and remembered.

As your wordbook progress and study days grow, the café fills with warm lighting, bookshelves, and four resident cats.

1. How to earn coins and cat meals

Coins and cat meals are tied directly to genuine recall effort:

If life gets busy and you miss a few days of study, Mocavoca never fines your coins, never repossesses your furniture, and never punishes your cats. Simply complete a review set when you return to pick your streak back up.

2. Furnishing the café

Tap the Furniture button on the cat café home screen to browse the furniture shop with your earned coins:

1. Customize every corner: Swap counter stools, reading-nook bookshelves, rugs, potted plants, pendant lamps, and cat trees.
2. Instant live preview: Tap any owned item in the list to switch it immediately in your café room.
3. 24fps watercolor reactions: Placing major new furniture triggers hand-painted 24fps watercolor animations as the cats inspect their new spot.

3. Meet the four resident cats

Four resident cats move into the café as you progress, and each cat also stars in word card illustrations where their personality matches the vocabulary:

4. Feeding & high-five interactions

After finishing Today’s Plan and receiving a cat meal, head back to the café to feed your cats:

• Distinct meal reactions: Different meals trigger unique anticipation, eating, and post-meal celebration animations.
• High-five paw moment: When Mochi raises a paw mid-animation, tap to high-five and watch the full celebration finale. Replaying unlocked animations never consumes extra meals.
